Heroes Logistics Inc. is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard wherever practical and to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III as it applies to commercial websites.
What we do
- Semantic HTML — pages use proper headings, landmarks (
<main>,<nav>,<footer>), and ARIA labels where appropriate. - Keyboard navigation — every interactive element (links, buttons, form inputs) is reachable and operable using a keyboard alone.
- Color contrast — body text meets the WCAG AA 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio against its background; large text and UI components meet 3:1.
- Resizable text — the site re-flows cleanly up to 200% browser zoom.
- Screen-reader friendly forms — all input fields have associated
<label>elements, required fields are marked, and error messages are announced. - Reduced motion — we don't use auto-playing video or aggressive animations.
- Alt text on images and icons that convey meaning; decorative images use empty
alt="".
Known limitations
We're a small business doing our best. Two known gaps as of the last update:
- The Google Maps embed on the Contact page is a third-party iframe; its accessibility depends on Google. A static address and "Open in Google Maps" link is provided as an alternative.
- If you use assistive technology and find a barrier on this website, please tell us — we'll fix it.
